Angel Cosmoceuticals Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Compounding Technician to support our manufacturing and compounding operations for personal care and cosmetic products.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Compounding team to prepare bulk products safely, accurately, and efficiently while following established GMP, safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily compounding and manufacturing activities according to approved procedures and batch records.

Set up, operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain compounding and manufacturing equipment.

Inspect equipment before use and report any equipment issues, discrepancies, or abnormalities.

Accurately weigh, measure, handle, and stage raw materials according to manufacturing instructions.

Transfer and prepare finished bulk products for appropriate storage.

Locate, organize, and relocate raw materials within the facility while maintaining accurate inventory and traceability.

Follow GMP, Health & Safety, sanitation, and company SOP requirements at all times.

Complete required production and batch documentation accurately and on time.

Perform routine equipment checks and support preventative maintenance activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment.

Communicate effectively with the Compounding, Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.

Identify and report deviations, discrepancies, damaged materials, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Follow all applicable workplace safety procedures when handling equipment, materials, and chemicals.

Perform other manufacturing and compounding duties as required.
Qualifications
Required
-
Diploma or degree in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent relevant manufacturing experience.

1+ year of compounding or manufacturing experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, personal care, food, or related regulated manufacturing industry.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures precisely.

Ability to accurately measure and handle raw materials.

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials/equipment as required.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Preferred
-
Experience working with cosmetic or personal care products.

Experience with batch records, SOPs, GMP documentation, or manufacturing records.

Experience operating mixers, homogenizers, tanks, pumps, or similar manufacturing equipment.

Knowledge of GMP principles and manufacturing sanitation procedures.

Experience with raw-material inventory, lot numbers, and material traceability.

This is not a purely desk-based position. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with equipment, handling materials, following precise manufacturing procedures, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and documentation.
