We specialize in custom formulation, bulk manufacturing, filling, and turnkey solutions for skincare, haircare, body care, products. Our client base ranges from indie beauty brands to established national brands.
We’re seeking a Business Development & Sales Representative to help us grow and support our B2B client relationships—from first contact to production and reorders.
Role Summary
As a Business Development & Sales Rep, you’ll be the front-line connection between Angel Cosmoceuticals and prospective clients. Your job is to bring in new leads, convert them into clients, and work with internal teams (R&D, production, and logistics) to deliver an exceptional manufacturing experience. You’ll play a key role in managing client accounts through the sampling, formulation, and post-launch stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on MOQ, product type, and readiness
- Conduct discovery calls and explain our manufacturing and formulation services
- Support clients through sampling, NDA, and PO stages
- Collaborate with the R&D Team for sample formulation timelines and development
- Work with the Marketing Team to align campaigns, content, and promotions with lead generation goals
- Suggest marketing content ideas based on client pain points and common questions
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and virtual expos to build brand visibility
- Manage CRM pipeline, track client status, and follow up on reorders and product line expansions
- Report on sales metrics and campaign effectiveness with the sales and marketing team
Basic Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, client success, or business development (preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or manufacturing)
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
- Experience using CRM tools, proposal software, and Calendly/Google Suite
- Understanding of product development life cycles in the beauty or wellness space
- Knowledge of ingredients, packaging, and basic GMP/cosmetic compliance (preferred, not mandatory)
- Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or D2C brand markets
- Organized, proactive, and customer-first mindset
- Ability to collaborate across departments (R&D, Marketing, Operations)
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, or social media outreach tools
- Background in cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or personal care manufacturing
- Trade show and B2B networking experience
